Return to Adaminaby

Situated 9km from Adaminaby, in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Fontenoy Farm is a 1500 hectare beef property boardering the Kosciuszko National Park.

Rising to 1400 meters with grazing land verging into wilderness, Fontenoy Farm boasts some of the most interesting fishing the area has to offer, with private access to the Murrumbidgee River, large farm dam and only a short drive to the renowned Lake Eucumbene.

Visitors can explore the vast Snowy Mountains Scheme from this central location as well as enjoying the natural beauty that Fontenoy Farm has to offer. Climb Bugtown Mountain, spot the 60 species of resident birds as well as a variety of wildlife, observe the farm in operation, play tennis on the Homestead court, take advantage of the many other activities the region has to offer or simply relax and enjoy, the choice is yours.

We do not 'entertain' our visitours, however we make you very welcome to share and enjoy our lovely environment. The cottages are situated in the centre of the working area, so visitors can observe a genuine beef farm in operation. There is something for everyone.
