Return to Bathurst

The cottage is newly built, sitting in a two hectare paddock, with magnificent views.

With one double, and one single room, plus living and kitchen area, we have designed the interior to be comfortable and easily maintained. Heating is provided by a cosy wood-fired heater, with separate electric heaters if necessary.

From the verandah, or beneath a shady tree, you can enjoy a barbecue, or simply relax, and take in the views, and the clear country air.

The bird life is abundant and varied, including many different types of parrots - eagles have been nesting near here for decades - sometimes you can watch them being harassed by magpies, as they hunt for their next meal, soaring above the cottage, and down the valley below.
