Craigieburn Resort - Bowral

Craigieburn was originally built in 1887 as a private country homestead and operated as a grazing property until 1909. The Property was sold and re-established as a country retreat and guest house and maintained an enviable reputation as one of the Southern Highlands premiere guest houses with families returning each year from first to third generations. Many famous guests have visited over the years, but of course Craigieburn remains discreet.

Reflecting the style and elegance of the original Craigieburn, a transformation of the interiors with stylish modern décor and artworks ensures Craigieburn will retain its reputation as one of the Southern Highlands premiere venues for leisure stays, conferencing, weddings and retreats.

The 36 hectare country estate boasts its own private 9 hole golf course for exclusive guest use and new guest facilities include a trout filled lake for fly fishing, gymnasium, billiards room and a beauty therapy room by Purity.
