Steve and Wendy bought Three Figs as a run down property only a few years ago and are in the process of developing it into a sustainable property. Regeneration of the creek and surrounding gullies and slopes are an important part of the ongoing process for this property also. Old timber tracks throughout show a history of timber felling for Three Figs.
The old farm house on the property has yet to be renovated. Although not certified organic all foods grown on the property for kitchen use are done so organically.
