The Coachman’s Rest Motor Lodge is a country style motel set in picturesque gardens. It has a generous size swimming pool that caters for the whole family!

The Coachman’s is part of the Golden Chain motel group and is located 1.6 kilometres from the centre of town on the Newell Highway at the southern end of town.

It has single, queen and family sized rooms with Austar available in each room. There is also an interconnecting room with a queen sized bed and 3 three single beds, perfect for that larger group.

The Coachman’s Rest also houses The Coachman’s Restaurant, which is licensed and features a la carte and Chinese cuisine.

The restaurant is open Monday through till Saturday for dinner and can cater for groups.
