Return to Hay

Outback Quarters, formerly known as Motel Hay has undergone a transformation

with the erection of twelve units.

It is the first of five stages projection over the next five years. These

twelve new units add a little extra luxury in comparison with our seventeen

units that occupy the original building. Their budget style accommodation caters for all guests. With very affordable tariffs Outback Quarters is one of Hay's most economical motels in the community.

Situated near the Roundabout, on the corner of Cobb & Sturt Highways, they are

easily accessible for arrivals and departures. They cater for anyone in need of a bed and a hot shower. Whether you are passing through on a stopover, or visiting friends everyone is welcome at

Outback Quarters.

Why not stay an extra night and take in many of Hay's local tourist

attractions. Shear Outback - the Australian Shearers Hall of Fame, the

Railway Carriages, Prisoner of War Camp, War Memorial High School, the Hay

Gaol, and Hay's Wetlands. This is just a taste of what Hay has to offer.

You will also find many eateries to satisfy those taste buds. Hay boasts two

club bistros, seven hotels offering lounge meals, a Chinese Restaurant,

Robertson's Hot Bread Shop and even a local milk Bar who can make Hay's

freshest Sandwiches and Rolls.

Hay is the halfway point between Adelaide and Sydney, and Outback Quarters is

the first Motel coming in from Adelaide. They welcome you for a good nights

sleep and an enjoyable stay. Outback Quarters is the closest motel to Shear Outback - the Shearers Hall of

Fame, the Golf Course and Sandy Beach, Hay's most popular River spot.

If you decide to make your tourist destination Hay, the Outback Quarters Welcomes You!
