Set amid extensive gardens, on 135.5 hectares, Cougal Park Bed and Breakfast provides a peaceful and relaxing environment, where you can put your feet up and de-stress. Only two hours from Brisbane, in the Border Ranges - it's the ideal escape.

Cougal Park is dedicated to conservation, and restoration of the rainforest and its habitats is our passion. Come and check on our progress, we can arrange a tour for you in our 8 wheel ATV so you can see for yourself how Lantana infests land can be returned to rainforest and bird habitat. Cougal Park is a haven for bird lovers, with our count now at 155 species.

Wander along our many tracks - approximately 12 kilometres of old logging trails, or, alternatively explore the magnificent World Heritage listed Border Ranges National Park with all its different types of rainforest, or take one of the many scenic drives from the touring maps provided. We can make you a delicious picnic lunch. If you just want to relax, we can organise lunch for you in our gazebo on the mountain, where you can enjoy a fabulous view.

In the evenings enjoy Dinner under the stars, or in the Dining Room, and then sleep in our comfy beds to awake to the sounds of the birds. Breakfast is unhurried and served on the deck, with wonderful views over the valley.

Your Hosts, Hugh and Elizabeth look forward to welcoming you at Cougal Park, and sharing this wonderful property with you.
