Peartree Cottage is an atmospheric traditional Blue Mountains' cottage dating back to Edwardian times. It has five bedrooms with three queen beds and six single beds that can accommodate up to 12 people. The cottage has two full bathrooms on the ground floor.

Heating throughout the Cottage is provided by ducted under floor gas heating which compliments the wood-fire heater. All beds have electric blankets supplied. The new kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer. TV, VCR, CD player together with videos, books and games plus local telephone are also included.

Peartree Cottage has its own spacious country garden with a secure flat playing area for children and there is off street parking for four to five cars. There is a gas barbecue and garden seating. Peartree is located in a very quiet street between Leura Village centre and the Fairmont Resort/Leura Golf Club. All of the Blue Mountains' celebrated attractions are within easy reach from the Cottage.

All linen and firewood are included in the tariff.
