The Black Opal Holiday Units are located in the central business district of Lightning Ridge (opposite the Westpac Bank). They are close walking distance to the shopping centre, bowling club, internet cafe, hotel, pharmacy, swimming pool and post office, as well as several restaurants, opal shops and more...! They provide a spacious, comfortable alternative to standard motels and holiday parks at a similar price.

The Black Opal Holiday Units consist of three different types of accommodation. Three-bedroom family unit, suitable for up to six people, equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, which has a full kitchen and comes equipped with all cooking utensils. It has a full sized bath as well as shower in the bathroom and separate loungeroom and dining room with breakfast bar. The Black Opal Units which are two one bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchenette, shower and toilet, and separate bedroom. The Loft Open Plan Studio Apartment, which can sleep up to six. It has a kitchenette and adjacent toilet with shower a few paces away. Quality linen supplied.

The Loft
Open plan accommodation, suitable for family groups and sleeps six people. Air-conditioned, with limited cooking facilities and linen and utensils supplied. Dining table for six, comfortable lounge with television, ironing facilities and a library of books for your relaxation, located upstairs overlooking garden. Common wall toilet adjoins with shower and two extra toilets downstairs. Security parking is available on request. Tariff is for two persons. Extras at $20 per person.
Executive Three Bedroom Apartment
Spacious upstairs, three bedroom apartment that sleeps up to six people, with one queen-sized bed, one double bed and one twin room overlooking the main street of Lightning Ridge. Full cooking facilities, quality linen and utensils provided. Separate sitting room with lounge and television, separate dining room, outside balcony with sitting area for smokers. A library of books is available for your relaxation. Security parking is available on request. Tariff includes two people. Extras charged at $20 per person. This complex is in the centre of town, opposite the Post Office and Westpac Bank and is within easy walking distance to shops, clubs, restaurants, swimming pool and all town facilities.
