Luxury air-conditioned B&B/guesthouse, four en suite queen Memory Foam bedrooms, (Paris also has an extra wide single bed) set in 10 acres of parklike gardens, just one kilometre from the edge of Mudgee. Five course gourmet cooked breakfasts are served each morning in the guest dining room.

Private guest sitting room with cosy fireplace; dining room, library with books and games. Guest kitchen has microwave oven, toaster, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate biscuits, utensils, plates and glasses. Huge, grape vine fringed, covered entertainment veranda with comfortable seating, overlooking glorious views of contented cattle, grazing in fields ringed by Blue Mountains.

For our guests enjoyment there is a large solar-heated swimming pool, an eight person heated spa in the pool cabana and a gas barbecue.

Hundreds of native birds flock to the feeders daily. Red rumped parrots, firetail, zebra and double barred finches, blue wrens, willy wagtails, kookaburras, eastern rosellas, crested pigeons, pink galahs, honeyeaters, thrush, magpies, pee wees, butcher birds, so many for the bird lovers to photograph.

Ardrossan raises Damara fat tailed sheep, alpaca, Muscovy and Indian runner ducks and koi fish. You may be lucky to see ducklings and lambs when you visit.

The most important residents are Coco the long haired Chihuahua, K.C. the Papillion and Schatze the long haired miniature dachshund. Coco and K.C. are very friendly. Schatze is very shy.
