This apartment has a top floor position, perfectly positioned facing north with a sunny corner wrap-around balcony. It neighbours a reserve, peaceful and tranquil.

This spacious 2nd floor apartment accommodates five people: with two bedrooms, 1st queen bed, 2nd two single beds and trundle, with a swimming pool in the complex (not available winter) viewed from balcony in the grassed courtyard below. There are two undercover security car parks. The apartment is fully self-contained with a new fully equipped, luxurious kitchen, with dishwasher and all modern s/s conveniences, two TV's, one large LCD TV in living area, DVD, VHS and CD player.
