Calm Waters Waterfront Cottages are 6 delightfully restored old Australian cottages nestled on 1 acre of private waterfront land situated right in the heart of the Sussex Inlet township.

Each cottage is fully self contained with all the modern conveniences including, TV, DVD & CD player, modern Kitchen & bathroom, microwave, electric oven, pillows, quilts, spacious interior living, polished timber floors leading to your own large under cover verandah with table setting overlooking the crystal clear waters of the inlet with full views of the historic Christian Mindy homestead and restaurant located in the Jervis Bay National Park.

The grounds have ample room for on site parking and group recreational activities. A convenient wood fire barbeque in the central milling area. On occasion the friendly Kangaroos enjoy laying under the shady trees.

Once at the cottages there is no need to use your car to access all the towns facilities including comprehensive shopping centre, bank, coffee shops, clothing and souvenir stores, Art Gallery, pub, restaurants, club, bait & tackle, all are less than a 2 minute walk.
