Roomy living area with additional living space facing towards Yamba Bay, offering river glimpses.

The cottage features television and DVD/VCR player plus stereo with CD player, functional kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer, and bathroom with shower over bath.

Fully fenced yard, completed by brand new timber deck, covered by shade sails, a great place to sit back and relax, tossing a couple of snags on the gas barbecue provided while enjoying the cool sea breezes. Carport (driveway allows room for up to 2 cars or cars or car and a boat)

The cottage accommodates 6 people, one queen bed, one double and two single beds.
