Bungalow Bay Koala Village is an architecturally designed island style village nestled into World Heritage listed National Park with private and individual A-frame bungalows. Bungalow Bay has an open air bar, Swenson's restaurant, resort pool and spa, plus it has the advantage of eight acres to relax and enjoy the wildlife. Only four minutes walk from the beach and village of Horseshoe Bay, the resort boasts a stunning location with all the activities from their

front door. Bungalow Bay Koala Village was voted best backpacker accommodation at the Australian Tourism Awards 2007.

Hold a crocodile, koala and snake at the onsite wildlife sanctuary during your stay, plus, enjoy a champagne bush tucker breakfast with the Koalas. Bungalow Bay has its very own koala sanctuary onsite, allowing guests to experience and interact with koalas, crocodiles and snakes. Three daily interactive tours are held at 10.00 a.m., 12.00 p.m., and 2.30 p.m., which also include a guided bush walk in the surrounding habitats of wetlands, pandanus and melaleuca forest.

Backpacker dorm accommodation is offered in spacious eight bed bungalows with an ensuite bathroom. All linen is supplied, including a comfortable doona in the winter months. Your traditional backpackers style of accommodation.

Camping Site
