The self contained fully serviced bluestone cottage circa 1900, rated AAA Tourism four star, is located in the historical Hutt Street precinct within the city of Adelaide.

It is tastefully renovated and redecorated for contemporary living with all modern facilities whilst preserving its Victorian heritage. It features high ceiling bedrooms, formal dining room and a recent addition of a large entertainment area with modern cooking facilities.

The cottage is heritage listed in a heritage street and residential area well away from through traffic. A council permit for one car on-street parking is available. The cottage accommodates a maximum of four people.

A small back garden and vine-shaded court provide an ideal rest area, secluded from noise and interference. A ten-minute stroll through the quiet streets leads you through the Victorian villas and bluestone worker's cottages to the centre of the city of Adelaide.

The cottage is also 12 minutes from Victoria Racecourse and the V8 Clipsal 500 car racetrack by walking. All amenities such as restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs and public transport to the city and surrounds are less than 250 metres away.
