Bed and breakfast accommodation in an historic bluestone villa, circa 1890's situated in an attractive garden setting within the historic precincts of Port Elliot Village and only two minutes walk from Horseshoe Bay. Close to local shops, restaurants, walks and the sea. The 1890's single storey Guest House features Victorian decor and antiques with many original elements still retained including doors, windows, verandas and garden sitting areas. Three elegant bedrooms are available with queen and king size beds and access to guest sitting room with woodstove fire in winter and large air-conditioned sitting room in summer. Additionally there is a fully self contained suite, with one bedroom, sitting room with open fire and air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, private entrance and garden access. An original two-bedroom maid's cottage adjacent, with sitting room, kitchen bathroom and air conditioning is also available.
