Bay 10 Accommodation was established in 2006 and is situated on Port Lincoln's prestigious North Shore with water frontage. Featuring fully self contained accommodation with modern furnishings at affordable prices. Take a walk along the beach to the town centre and enjoy alfresco dining and shopping or just enjoy the beautiful views of Port Lincoln and Boston Bay.

Three types of accommodation with varying facilities are available at Bay 10 Accommodation:

Bay 10 Holiday House. This two bedroom house is fully self contained, sleeping six people comprising one queen size bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed. A modern bathroom including laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, television, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioning, barbecue and a large private lockable yard with lawn area and water frontage (no access to waterfront available). Unrestricted views of Port Lincoln and Boston Bay. AAA Tourism star rating four stars.

Bay 10 Holiday Units. These two bedroom units are fully self contained, sleeping four people comprising one queen size bed and two single beds. A modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge, television, DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Bay 10 Holiday Studio Suites. Located next to the Bay 10 Holiday House. These one bedroom suites are fully self contained, sleeping two people comprising one queen size bed. They offer a comfortable stay with complete modern kitchenette and bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, television and separate lounge. All modern appliances are included. Top floor with unrestricted panoramic views of Port Lincoln and Boston Bay. No stairs, access is by a ramp.
