Beachhouse with three bedrooms, one queen size with ensuite, one double bed and two single beds. The house is close to the centre of town and one street back from the beach. Short walk to the jetty and close proximity to boat ramps. The house has a private, fenced rear yard with shady deck and barbecue area and fish cleaning facilities plus a large deck to the front with lovely views. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven with range hood, refrigerator, freezer, an adequate supply of glasses, crockery and utensils. The laundry is separate. There is a separate dining and lounge room which are fully furnished and the house has split system reverse cycle air conditioners.
