Quamby Pines Chalet Bed and Breakfast offers farm stay accommodation near Deloraine, in northern Tasmania.

Choose from a self-catering chalet or a self-contained double bedroom with queen-size bed and cot if required, cost $95.00. The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to seven guests. The lounge area is appointed with a queen-size bed and foldout double sofa bed. A separate bedroom contains a double bed and single bunk. Unit two has private access and has a self-contained double bedroom with queen size bed and cot if required. There is a private outdoor sitting area and a barbecue is available for all guests. Upon request, a cooked breakfast or dinner can be provided.

The 16 hectare (40 acre) fertile farm is located in a beautiful valley near Deloraine. Cast a line into one of the large dams stocked with rainbow trout and keep an eye out for the resident platypus. Take an easy drive to Cradle Mountain or plan a fishing trip to the Great Lake. Explore the caves at Mole Creek or marvel at the murals in the quaint town of Sheffield.

The property is approximately half an hours’ drive from Launceston (34 kilometres/14 miles).
