Tarcombe House Bed and Breakfast offers heritage accommodation in historic Deloraine, northern Tasmania.

Tarcombe House is an elegant Federation home surrounded by established English-style gardens. The property offers two queen-sized en suite rooms and the third, twin share room also has a private sitting room. There is a guest dining room, where you can enjoy a delicious, freshly-prepared breakfast in the morning.

Each southern spring, Deloraine hosts the annual Tasmanian Craft Fair. Hundreds of exhibitors from across Tasmania come to the town to showcase a diverse range of art and craft, gourmet produce, and fine Tasmanian wine. You can see the work of many local artisans in studios and shops in and around Deloraine.

You will be well positioned to explore the northern region of Tasmania. Spend a day exploring Cradle Mountain where you can complete a circular walk around Dove Lake. Choose a walk that suits your fitness level, from climbing to the summit of Cradle Mountain to leisurely walks by alpine lakes and tarns. Closer to Deloraine, experience the Mole Creek limestone caves, some of the best caves in Tasmania.

Deloraine is a 40-minute drive west of Launceston (53 kilometres/33 miles).
