Cobbler’s Accommodation is a two-bedroom self-contained miner’s cottage at Derby in Tasmania’s north-east. Enjoy views overlooking the Ringarooma River and mine face.

The cottage is a comfortable stop between Launceston and the Tasmania’s east coast, with many interesting attractions to explore in this historic region. Cobbler’s Accommodation is self-contained with a full-size stove, microwave, and refrigerator as well as laundry facilities, a comfortable lounge area and a large grassed area outside for the kids to play in. The cottage is ideal for a small family or group of four, and has an enclosed front verandah. Wander down to the Derby Tin Mine Museum and shantytown less than two-minutes’ walk from your front door. Plan a picnic and enjoy a river walk or make use of the barbecue facilities nearby. This original two-bedroom miner’s cottage can be found on the main A3 road in the heart of historic Derby.
