This period building has been renovated and refurbished to a sleek modern design. The apartments are perfect for business and holiday travel and well suited to singles, couples and families.

Both apartments offer you privacy, space, comfort and self-catering facilities with kitchen, barbecue and laundry. The two apartments are spacious and light with furnishings and fittings that offer both comfort and ambience. Artwork is by renowned Tasmanian artist Tom Samek.

Unit one has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed the other with two king singles. Unit two has one bedroom with a queen-size bed.

The new kitchens are modern with dishwasher, stainless steel bench tops and Smeg appliances. The bathrooms are new with quality modern fixtures, heated polished concrete floors and heated towel rails.

Both apartments have Austar satellite television, DVD player, broadband Internet access, heating/air conditioning, laundry with washing machine and dryer and access to out door area with barbecue. Both apartments have onsite off-street parking.
