Hawley House offers heritage accommodation at Devonport on Tasmania’s north coast. Devonport is an hour and fifteen minutes from Launceston (101 kilometres).

Built in 1878 in Victorian Gothic style, Hawley House offers accommodation in the main house, Stables and Lofts and the Vineyard Pavilion.

The main house has five spacious bedrooms with ocean and garden views. Each has an ensuite with bathtub. There are three upstairs rooms with king-size beds and private balconies. Two downstairs rooms open onto the Croquet Lawn; both have fireplaces. The Stables has eight queen bedrooms with a single bed in a separate alcove. Each has an ensuite bathroom - three have spa baths - and all rooms have underfloor heating. The Lofts are four king-size rooms with vaulted ceilings and private balconies. The Vineyard Pavilion, located behind Hawley House, has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Pre-dinner drinks are served in the drawing room each evening, followed by a four-course dinner in the dining room/restaurant featuring fresh Tasmanian produce.

Hawley House is located among the six hectares of vines that comprise the Hawley House Vineyard. The property has substantial gardens, lakes and ponds that have become a sanctuary for an abundance of wildlife.
