Ross Motel provides motel accommodation in the historic Tasmanian village of Ross. The deluxe units are housed in Georgian style cottages along the riverfront.

There are double room and family units available. Choose from two bedroom cottages with two queen-size beds or one queen and two single beds. There are also two bedroom cottages appointed with one queen-size bed and one single bed. All rooms include a modern bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities with refrigerator and complimentary movies. Each cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished with original artwork. A guest laundry provides added convenience.

Ross Motel is centrally located between Hobart and Launceston. Step back in time and let Ross’s old, tree-lined streets and historic buildings transport you to a bygone era. Visit the famous sandstone bridge and marvel at the convict carvings. Feed the ducks down by the river and visit quaint antique shops. Enjoy fresh local delights in the cafes and book dinner at one of the local restaurants. Venture out on a day trip and try your hand at fly fishing on one of the nearby highland lakes.

Ross is about an hours’ drive from Launceston (78 kilometres/48 miles) south along the Midlands Highway.
