Gateforth Cottages are self-contained, privately located on a 212 acre farm, 10 minutes from Stanley. All the cottages have views over farmland, to Stanley, The Nut and the ocean. The cottages are not within sight of each other. Each has under cover parking.

The Spa cottages have fully equipped kitchens, heat pump and wood heater, one queen room and one twin room.

The Deluxe cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (queen with ensuite, twin/king room with private access to the bathroom, and one bunk and single room). The living areas have a reverse cycle heat pump and the bedrooms have panel heaters. Guests have access to the laundry facilities.

Afternoon tea and continental breakfast provisions provided.

You are welcome to walk the farm lanes, interact with our pet heifer, and pony, check out the platypus in the dam, collect eggs from the chook house, or just sit on the veranda, listen to the birds sing, and watch the changing mood of ‘The Nut”. The nearest beach is less than a five minutes drive.

Gateforth Cottages are perfectly located to explore the beautiful north-west coast of Tasmania.
