Amethyst Lodge is the first 5 star Bed and Breakfast in the Yarra Valley. It is an architect designed and purpose built country home (Opened January 2000). Our rural retreat offers you views over the Great Dividing Range and you can walk in the orchard or sit by the dam and appreciate the local wildlife.

Enjoy a candlelit dinner on your private balcony with a bottle of the Yarra Valleys best wines or let us drive you to one of the great restaurants on our doorstep. We have packages with Ballooning Companies Winery Tours and Local Restaurants.

On our doorstep we have so many activities including TarraWarra Museum of Modern Art, Healesville Native Wildlife Sanctuary, horse riding, bushwalks in the Great Dividing Range, farmers market and craft markets, horse racing and antique shops.
