Ellimata, Country Lane Cottage and Lakuna Retreat have every possible convenience to make your holiday a memorable one. Cosy self contained 2 and 3 bedroom cottages with 2 master bedrooms ensuite and second bathroom (luxury spa in Country Lane Cottage and Lakuna Retreat).

We can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably in Ellimata and Lakuna Retreat and 6 persons in Country Lane Cottage. Free Satellite movies, choose from 350 TV programs!

Cottages contain large television, (wide screen in Lakuna plus TV in bedroom) DVD's, discs, stereo, video and videotapes, modern kitchen with appliances, wood heater and reverse cycle heating /air-conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher (Ellimata and Lakuna ) plus barbecue.

Linen service available as an extra if required. Very cosy furniture to relax in and the beds are very comfortable! Large sundeck, verandahs, spacious surroundings, feed the birds on the deck, stunning panoramic views from all cottages. All 3 cottages are nestled into the mountains at Halls Gap.

The area is very quiet but still close enough to Halls Gap. Only 5 minutes by car to town to enjoy hot fresh bread, morning paper, delicious coffee and much more. We even have cappuccino/latte machines in Lakuna so you can enjoy your own custom coffee.
