Cumberland River Holiday Park is situated right on the Great Ocean Road at Cumberland River, 7kms South West of Lorne.
The Park is nestled in a lush green valley between cliffs and rolling mountains, bordered by the Cumberland River, where it flows through rock pools and sandy sections into the Southern Ocean.
Cumberland River Holiday Park generate their own electricity with a diesel generator, charging a bank of 24 batteries which in turn convert their energy to around 240 volts through a series of inverters. You may notice some fluctuation with the power supply. It is for the safety of your appliances that there are no power points in your cabins.
The water supply is from the river. The Park uses another diesel motor to pump our water to two large storage tanks, high in the hills, with gravity feed to the park

- Double Ensuite
- The Deluxe Cabins with ensuite feature a gas look-alike fire, television and full-size stove and refrigerator. Cabins accommodate two to six persons, with queen-size bed in master bedroom and in second bedroom, and two sets of bunks or a trio bed. Bedding provided in master bedroom only, extra bedding can be provided for a fee. Each has a full-length verandah overlooking the park and cliffs. There are no power points in the cabins.
- Standard Ensuite
- Accommodate two to six persons with two bedrooms, one queen-size bed, two bunk beds, ensuite, full gas stove, television, refrigerator, gas heating and veranda. No bedding provided in either bedroom. There are no power points in the cabins.
- Camping
- There are over 95 well grassed and flat unpowered camping and van sites. The showers require 20c for 5 minutes of hot water. One car per site. Maximum of four people per site or a family of six.
