12 ground level 3.5 star motel suites plus 1 x three bedroom 4 star self contained unit located in Main Street Mornington close to shops, restaurants and beach. ALL rooms & unit are non smoking. Shared BBQ facilities and solar heated pool, on site parking. NB. There is an extra charge of $10 ($20 Friday & Saturday) for twin beds.

Queen Room - 1 queen bed + 1 single bed, ensuite, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, reverse cycle air con. Continental breakfast available at $10 per couple per day, wireless internet, iron, hair dryer. Cots $10 NB. There is an extra charge of $10 ($20 Friday & Saturday) for twin beds.
