Sunset by the Beach is a lovely near new house with attractive valley views. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 people (1 with Queen bed, 1 with double bed and the other with 2 bunks). Upstairs is a large living area, big, fully equipped kitchen. This opens onto a large deck with a BBQ and gorgeous view to watch the sun set. Close to many attractions including the Penguin Parade, Grand Prix track and the Nobbies to name a few and only 5 mins drive into Cowes. Fine dining is available on the Island, cruises, wineries and nature in abundance. Walking distance to beautiful, patrolled Smiths Beach for swimming, relaxing or Surfing lessons.
