Yarra Grand makes you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Combined with its amazing views of the Yarra River below and the city skyline, this 2 bedroom home is an absolute delight. With spacious living and dining, and a comfortable study area, Yarra Grand can easily accommodate 4 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite (including a shower and separate bath) and private balcony, whilst the second bedroom has a queen that can be split to be 2 singles if preferred with access to the second balcony (doors can also be locked to prevent children gaining access). The fully equipped kitchen will surely delight any guest and the lovely granite benchtops add a superb touch. With secure under cover parking for 2 cars, wireless broadband, foxtel (cable TV), reverse cycle airconditioning/heating, fully equipped laundry and a fabulous location, this property is perfect for anyone visiting Melbourne for either work or leisure.

'Yarra Grand' is conveniently located for public transport with a tram stop just 200m or the South Yarra train station an easy 10 min walk. A lovely café is approx. a 5 min walk and a supermarket is just 200m down the street.
