Strath Valley View is a spacious, red cedar cottage and is fitted with floor to ceiling windows to capture the endless views. Floorboards throughout the main living area and modern country style furniture and fittings create a unique character of comfort yet style.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, romantic crisp linen, warm throw rugs with French doors opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom provides ample room for a family with a timber bunk and double bed. The bedrooms also have warm wool carpets for those crisp mornings.

The main living room combines the lounge, dining and kitchen area in an open plan. A gorgeous six-seated timber dinning table offers room for a dinner party or board games and chatting. The wood fire works fantastically, heating the whole cottage and creates a country feel and there is an air conditioner for the warmer months.

The bathroom has a main feature of a glorious claw foot bath with bath crystals and handmade soaps and a separate shower and fashionable square hand basin.

Only one hours drive from Melbourne with a magnificent scenic drive into the "Valley of a Thousand Hills" this well thought out cottage has been given a well deserved four star AAA tourism rating.

Breakfast: Hearty country breakfast provisions are supplied for each morning with home-grown eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, homemade bread and jams, fruit, cereals, juice, DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of teas. A fruit basket is supplied with seasonal fruits from the property when available. A daily newspaper is delivered to your cottage.

Dining Options: The cottage has full self-catering facilities and a barbecue or roast pack can be arranged with prior notice. The Strath Creek Pub is only a short walk away and a number of cafés and restaurants are within an easy drive.
