This big, modern home is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday on Phillip Island. Enjoy the beautiful sea views from the lounge, breathe the fresh sea air from the terrace, walk 2 minutes to the beach, bbq in the entertaining area; whatever you do, you will certainly enjoy your holiday!
Upstairs at the villa there is a huge open plan living area with stunning ocean views featuring beautifully polished floors, 50 inch plasma tv, dvd libarary with latest release films, leather sofas, and a big dining table. Adjoing the lounge there is a special children's zone complete with leather sofa-bed, bean bags, 42 inch plasma, dvd player, PlayStation2 and a range of kids' dvds, games and books.
The spacious light filled kitchen has stone bench tops, fridge, dishwasher, large pantry, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a powder room bathroom upstairs.
The ground floor consists of 4 large double bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, walk in robe and a huge ensuite. The second has a queen bed with garden access. The third has one set of bunk beds and a single bed; the fourth has bunks and a sofa bed. Each child's room has an individual play area with a selection of boys and girls toys. There is a family bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate laundry. A port-a-cot and stair safety gate is also available for the little ones.
There is a large deck upstairs with outdoor setting and gas bbq and a second bbq downstairs in the undercover entertaining area. The property is fully fenced and landscaped with a large double garage adjoining the house with secure entry.
