Centrally located on Caves Road between Busselton and Dunsborough, Peppermint Park is the perfect base for accessing all the attractions the South West has to offer. Situated on twenty acres of peppermint tree parklands, our holiday park offers a whisper quiet location to make your visit even more enjoyable.

For those interested in nature there is an abundance of wildlife, varied birdlife, possums and the odd kangaroo visiting the Eco Village. The property is bordered by 670 acres of the Locke Reserve and a river diversion channel which provides excellent fishing.

All our studio apartments and cabins are self-contained with kitchen, en-suite bathroom, verandah and linen so treat yourself to a complete getaway. The Park has a large camp kitchen, games room, swimming pool, playground, volleyball court and your children will love it too. Our powered and unpowered sites are all fully grassed and there are gazebos with free to use barbecues scattered throughout the park.

The crystal clear waters of Geographe Bay is only a short 300 metre stroll away where you can experience quiet walks along the beach, swimming, fishing and beautiful sunsets.
