Durham Lodge has been purpose-built to provide relaxing, private and very efficient, bed and breakfast accommodation in Perth.

The elegant guest house is cosy, inviting and well appointed. A sofa and comfy chairs huddle around the fireplace ready for cold winter nights. Abundant tourist information is always available from your hosts Sonja and Michael.

The lodge has three superior guest rooms each fitted with a quality orthopaedic bed to ensure a comfortable and restful nights' sleep. Two suites are fitted with queen size beds, while the third has a king size bed. The rooms are tastefully and elegantly decorated and include en-suites (two with spas), individual reverse cycle air-conditioning, remote control television, bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities and direct dial telephones to each room.

Suite One
Guest Suite One is well appointed with reverse cycle air conditioning, mini bar fridge, a box of assorted fruit and herbal teas, coffee and fresh milk is all provided for your convenience. A television and DVD player (complimentary movies available) are provided to help you relax and unwind after a busy day. The ensuite has a large corner double spa suitable for two people, with a bottle of relaxing bath crystals to help sooth travel aches. Two soft bath towels per person and complimentary soap, hair shampoo and conditioner, shower cap and hairdryer are all provided.
Suite Two
Guest Suite Two is our deluxe suite, fitted with a very high orthopaedic ensemble. A custom made bedspread compliments a newly aquired tapestry that hangs in the room. A mini bar fridge, a box of assorted fruit and herbal teas, coffee and fresh milk is all provided for your convenience. Facilities also include a remote control television and DVD player (complimentary movies available in the guest lounge) to help you relax and unwind after a busy day. A very large and comfortable two person oval spa with six soothing jets is in the adjoining ensuite. Two fluffy soft bath towels per person and complimentary soap, bath crystals, hair shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer and shower cap are provided.
Suite Three
Guest Suite Three is our standard room with a large corner shower ensuite. A mini bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities, television, DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning complete this room. In the ensuite, an adjustable shower rose gives a soft or firm massaging shower to soothe travel aches. Soft bath towels and complimentary soap, hair shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer and shower cap are provided.
