Summerland House is nestled amongst 69 hectares of beautiful farmland on the Alstonville Plateau between Lismore and Ballina and was founded in 1971. We are a training ground for people with disabilities and provide employment and vacational training to enhance their career opportunities. The magnificent gardens, picnic area and playground facilities make this a fun, safe place to bring the family where you can enjoy yourselves in a friendly atmospere.

Facilities

* Garden Cafe - located in a tranquil garden setting and provides morning and

afternoon teas and lunches. Caters for private functions, special parties and

intimate weddings. Fully licensed and air conditioned.

* Farm Fruit Packing Shed - The large packing and grading shed packs avocados,

macadamia nuts and sub-tropical fruit.

* Retail Nursery - Has an extensive range of indoor & outdoor plants, garden

ornaments and accessories.

* Cawleys Cottage Gift Shop - This historic and unique giftshop is filled with

a large range of gifts suitable for every occassion.
