Return to Bowral

Centennial Vineyards is located just minutes from the historic township of Bowral in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. This premium cool-climate wine region is just an hour from Sydney and Wollongong, and an hour and a half from Canberra.

In this cold vineyard site with an altitude of over 760 metres, a long ripening season combined with very low crop levels and fastidious attention to viticulture, ensures the vines produce intensely flavoured premium quality fruit, which results in wines of elegance and distinction.

All wines are crafted on site in our state-of-the- art winery, allowing us to produce quality cool-climate wines, with maximum aroma and flavour and presented at their optimum bottle age.

Our Winemaking philosophy is to create wines that appeal to a variety of palates. Specialising in single vineyard, cool climate wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Verdelho, Pinot Gris, Albarino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Tempranilo, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Late Harvest Semillon and Methode Champenoise, Centennial Vineyards has quickly developed an enviable reputation for some of the Highlands's most awarded and keenly sought after wines.

Weddings, parties and other functions can be held at Centennial Vineyards by arrangement.

We invite you to visit and experience the charm and warmth of our Cellardoo whilst tasting our fine wines and judging for yourself.
