Mount Ashby Estate - Moss Vale

Direct Phone Number : (02) 4869 3736
Return to Moss Vale

Situated on Nowra Road between Moss Vale and Fitzroy Falls Mount Ashby is a boutique vineyard producing some of NSW Southern Highland region's finest cool climate wines.

The cellar door, housed in a replica of the original dairy, was opened in June 2006 and further plans are in place to sell cheese from milk produced from this and an adjoining property.

The cellar door forms part of a complex of historic buildings consisting of the early 20th Century Clydesdale stables and EF Davis and Sons Bowral Produce Store (Circa 1918) which was relocated from Banyette Street, in Bowral to the property in 2002 and is now used to restore provincial antique furniture.

Mount Ashby Estate offers a complete range of wines which includes the spectacular Botrytis Pinot Gris (Gold Medal Winner and Winner of Trophy for Best Wine at the inaugural 2005 Southern Highlands wine Show), Pinot Gris, our Petit Rouge - a light red wine blended from Merlot and chardonnary, and a more robust Merlot. A superb Cabernet Merlot is to follow. Our wines are complimented by homemade French Provincial charcuterie.
