One of Australia's leading Museums of Art

Explore five levels of art with extensive collections of Australian, Aboriginal, European, Asian and Contemporary art. Located adjacent to the picturesque Royal Botanic Gardens on Sydney Harbour, the Gallery is a short walk from the Sydney central business district.

Free Guided Tours

Highlights of the collection: daily (except Mondays) at 11am, 1pm and 2pm.

Highlights of the Asian galleries: Daily 12pm.

Highlights of the Yiribana Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Gallery: Daily (except Monday) at 1pm.

Tours also run in the following languages

Japanese: Fridays at 11am

Mandarin: Thursdays at 11am

Cantonese: Tuesdays at 11am

Vietnamese: First Sunday of every month at 2pm.

Ipod tours are available from the Information desk, including Highlights of the Collection, and a Kids tour.

Please note there are also accessible tours available for vision and hearing impaired visitors. For times and dates of these tours, please phone or email the Gallery.
