Return to Eumundi

The Eumundi Market is one of Australia's leading tourist attractions and is held every Saturday and Wednesday of the year come rain, hail or shine. Situated in the heart of the historic town of Eumundi is the original world-renowned Eumundi Market, established 1979. This otherwise sleepy hinterland town springs to life in the early hours of the morning, transforming into a vibrant Mecca for shoppers looking for something different.

The iconic and towering heritage listed fig trees rise above the 600 plus stall market. Wide shady walkways make strolling among the stalls and old quirky buildings a pleasant experience. A plethora of all things locally handmade, the market sells everything from delicately constructed craft to organically grown produce. Their policy of make it, bake it, design it, sew it or grow it, ensures that they select the very best of items and crafts.

Stay for lunch at one of the fantastic food areas. Asian, Mediterranean and classic Australian cuisine will tempt your taste buds and satisfy your appetite. And don’t forget the local restaurants and traditional pubs.
