Our Coonawarra grapes are grown on the estate, without the use of any non-sustainable chemical herbicides, insecticides or fertilisers. The finest of French oak barriques are used to mature the grapes.
Using only traditional methods and minimal handling, we strive to produce exceptional wines from superior and distinctive fruit.
Highbank Vineyards are located only on the highest banks of terra rossa soil, overlaying the cigar shaped limestone ridge of Coonawarra.
This classic blend of grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is carefully basket pressed to enhance their natural variety of fruit characteristics.
The bottom of the Highbank wine label depicts the South Australian Coastline that is known as the geographical indication of the Limestone Coast.
Highbank Vineyards also produce a wine known as a 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon 'Highbank Limestone Coast Estate'.
