Tait Wines is a small boutique winery, producing premium, and handcrafted Barossa Valley wines. It is our philosophy that all quality wine starts in the vineyard. The Barossa fruit we use is always low yielding and produces highly concentrated flavours and aromas. Tait Wines produce all wine on site to ensure quality consistency. We use traditional winemaking methods including open fermentation, extended maceration and basket pressing. We feel our wines display our uncompromising pursuit of excellence.
Your visit to our cellar door will be enhanced by the panoramic views of the Barossa ranges, a cooperage display and art by local artists. Hosts Bruno, Michelle and Michael Tait provide a warm, friendly atmosphere to sample Tait Wines.
