Enjoy a tourist train ride operated by the Lions Club of Yorke Peninsula Rail Inc from Wallaroo - Kadina - Bute and return to Wallaroo.
Train departs Wallaroo Railway Station for the 30 minutes journey to Kadina. After a short stop in Kadina, we continue on through the prosperous Northern Yorke Peninsula farming countryside on the 60 minutes trip to Bute.
On arrival in Bute, you can visit the local attractions and enjoy lunch. Lunch can be purchased at the Bute Hotel (prior bookings a must) or at the delicatessen (takeaway) or as an alternative bring a picnic lunch or barbecue that you can enjoy in the park.
About 15 minutes before return departure time, the train will sound its whistle several times, so you can make your way back to the train for return journey to Wallaroo.
