Stanley Artworks is a contemporary commercial art gallery in Tasmania’s north west. The Gallery is in central Stanley - a classified historic town and the last major township on the north west coast.

Established in 1995 by wood designer/makers, Toby Muir Wilson and Mark Bishop, Stanley Artworks offers distinctive contemporary Tasmanian art and craft. Stanley Artworks represents more than 50 Tasmanian artists, and the gallery features a diverse range of work in a elegantly restored old shop front from the early 20th century.

You can see and purchase work by acclaimed artists including furniture by Bishop and Muir Wilson, painters Kerry Martin and Paul Boam, printmakers Tom Samek and Samantha Hignett, jewellery designers Di Allison and Melanie Honor Clarke, and photographer Chris Bell among many others.

Stanley Artworks is open daily throughout the year, except for Christmas Day and Good Friday.

Stanley is 90 minutes' drive west of Devonport (127 kilometres/79 miles) and an hour west of Burnie (78 kilometres/48 miles).
