The Shiraz is spicy and peppery with yummy squashed summer berry flavours and a savoury hint to finish; Cabernet is similarly impressive, with deep, ripe and concentrated cassis notes; and Chardonnay is complex and generous without being too blousy, as many Australian Chardonnays tend to be.
