Return to Margaret River

The Margaret River Fudge Factory operates in the same style as its counterparts in England and the United States, where customers can watch confectionery being made in front of them.

To ensure that each piece of fudge is of the highest quality, each phase of the preparation and production of our products is performed by hand. Our fudge is made in strict accordance with the correct method and recipe devised after many years of experimentation in Australia. We use a process of rapid mixing to acheive that "home made" taste we all love.

We produce our fudges and chocoaltes in small batches using only the finest ingredients closely monitoring all aspects of the production process. This is critical as even small variations in cooking time or temperature can have an effect on the final taste and texture.

We offer a collection of speciality confectionery to delight the palate of even the most exacting connoisseur, with fudge in 32 flavours as well as our deliciously smooth chocolate products and old fashioned candies. We guarantee you will be uplifted by the scrumptious fresh taste of all our fine products.

The Margaret River Fudge Factory also offers a delightful range of teas, coffees and traditional milkshakes for refreshment as you sit and watch the fudge being made.
