Central Government Buildings - Perth
The Central Government Buildings comprise the former Treasury and Titles Office Buildings and are bounded by Barrack Street, St Georges Terrace and Cathedral Avenue.
Construction on this fine example of colonial architecture commenced in 1874. A third storey was added to the building in 1897.
On the east corner of the buildings is a plaque marking the point from which all distances are measured in Western Australia.
