Many of the bushwalking tracks lead to lookouts with wonderful coastal views. The spring wildflowers are stunning and also worth a visit is the Bulgandry Aboriginal Engraving site near Kariong. This collection is one of the best groups in the Sydney area. The Australian Reptile Park and Wildlife Sanctuary is located at Somersby, 15km SW of Gosford. Old Sydney Town, a reconstruction of an early pioneer settlement, is next door, and nearby Somersby Falls is an ideal place for a picnic. latest stories
