Port Sorell, together with Hawley and Shearwater form a holiday resort 18km east of Devonport. It was one of the first towns established on the North Coast. Main AttractionsFishing, sailing, boating and waterskiing are popular on the beautiful estuary. There are walking tracks and picnic facilities in the reserve beside Freers Beach and views over the town from Watch House Hill, off Meredith St. |
