Dairying is a major industry here and the Murray Goulburn Cooperative Dairy is the largest in Australia. Most popular photosNearby attractionsThe town is a good base for exploring Wilsons Promontory and the seaside and fishing villages along the coast. The South Gippsland Railway operates train rides from nearby Korumburra to Loch and Nyora. Departure times are available from the Korumburra information centre. The Grand Ridge Brewing Company, located at Mirboo North, 26km NE, offers tours of the beer-brewing process and sales. Moss Vale Park with its avenue of redwoods, is 16km NE, and offers good picnic and BBQ facilities.
